As the first content producer at MusiCares, I had the privilege of contributing to the prestigious Person of the Year during GRAMMY Week. Over two years, I played a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging content from the gala.
Achievements:
- Record-Breaking Engagement: Successfully increased content production, resulting in record-breaking analytics and audience engagement.
- Honoree Interviews: Conducted interviews with honorees, including Berry Gordy and Smokey Robinson (158K views), and Jon Bon Jovi (971K views), that were the highest performing posts of both years.
- Team Leadership: Led the video production and posting by a creative agency to ensure efficient collaboration and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Content Strategy: Developed and implemented comprehensive content plan to align with the gala’s theme and objectives including celebrity interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and highlight reels.

In a time-sensitive situation where our external graphic designer was facing delays, I was able to leverage my diverse skill set to step in and design the talent announcement graphics for the 2023 Person of the Year gala.
These graphics were essential for promoting the exciting lineup of performing acts and generating excitement for the event on social media. By successfully completing this task, I demonstrated my ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
